Where Ben Stands
Ben Mudd is a conservative Republican with deep roots in Central Kentucky. As a pharmacist, business owner, and father, he understands the everyday struggles Kentuckians face — and he’s running for State Senate to defend our values, protect our families, and fight for common-sense solutions that work.

1
Protecting Faith, Family, and Freedom
Ben is unapologetically pro-life and pro-family. He believes in protecting religious freedom, defending the unborn, and standing up for traditional values. He will fight back against government overreach and safeguard our constitutional rights — including the Second Amendment.
“Our faith and freedoms are under attack. I will stand firm to protect them.”
2
Fixing Healthcare — Especially in Rural Communities
As a pharmacist and Executive Director of the Kentucky Pharmacists Association, Ben knows firsthand how broken our healthcare system can feel — especially in rural communities. He’ll fight to expand access to care and promote local control of healthcare decisions.
“We need more healthcare access, not more bureaucracy.”
3
Fighting for Small Towns and Farmers
Ben has lived and worked in small-town Kentucky his entire life. He’ll champion policies that support local farmers, reduce burdens on small business owners, and make sure rural voices are heard in Frankfort. Less red tape. Lower taxes. More freedom to grow.
“I’ve seen how hard our farmers and local business owners work — and I’ll fight to make it easier for them to succeed.”
4
Cutting Taxes and Shrinking Government
Ben supports strong public schools, vocational training, and real-world career pathways that prepare the next generation for success. He believes in giving parents more say and making education practical, relevant, and locally driven.
“College isn’t the only path — we need to support every path that leads to purpose.”
5
Infrastructure & Broadband for Rural Growth
To keep our small towns thriving, we need better roads, faster internet, and reliable infrastructure. Ben will advocate for smart investments that help rural Kentucky compete and connect.
